6 1/2" Speaker Accent Vinyl kit
Regular price $10.00 Sale price $8.00 Save $2.00Our speaker accent vinyl is sold as a kit that accents two speakers. If you want to accent a pair of saddlebag lid speakers in addition to your fairing speakers, you'll need two kits. Most of our speaker accent vinyl is Oracle 651. Some other brands may be used for harder to find colors. Essentially, it's just single-ply permanent style vinyl that will last a good while if you install it correctly as per instructions below.
To ensure this product fits your bike, please make sure your speakers look like this: It doesn't matter what model your bike is as long as the speakers have the W shape at the top and a ring around the border.
Installation Instructions:
Installation is peel and stick. The vinyl sheet we send you has all the parts to accent two speakers. Peel and stick one piece at a time and use the back of your fingernail or some other tougher surface to press the vinyl firmly into the textured surface of the speaker.
Screw holes are not pre-cut so that it is easier for you to align and stick on the long circular piece of vinyl. If they were pre-cut, you'd have to get the alignment perfect. Once it's installed, just use one of the screws you removed to carefully poke a hole through the vinyl. It's easy to do since there's literally a hole for the screw in the speaker. When tightening the screws back down, be careful not to overtighten them to the point that the vinyl starts to twist. To avoid this, go slowly and if you see the vinyl start to twist, back the screw off a half turn.
