Shipping Update (2/14/2025)

Effective immediately, Brave Wolf Customs will be transitioning to UPS for all domestic shipments.
For years, we’ve relied on the United States Postal Service (USPS) for affordable and reliable shipping. However, the recent severe winter weather has caused unprecedented delays, and USPS has yet to fully recover to its normal delivery schedule. Since we prioritize on-time delivery and exceptional service, we’ve made the decision to switch to UPS, which we believe is better equipped to provide consistent and timely deliveries moving forward.

Future Orders: All new orders will be shipped via UPS to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
Existing USPS Orders: If your package is still in transit via USPS, you may experience longer-than-usual delays. Some orders may not have updated tracking, while others show gaps between scans. Despite this, packages are still arriving, just much later than expected.

We understand these delays are frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. To help, Brave Wolf Customs is covered by third-party Shipsurance.
If your order has not arrived within 20 days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@bravewolf.us.
We will immediately file an insurance claim on your behalf and provide a tracking link for verification.
Once the claim is processed, you can choose between:
