When we designed this decal for our own bike, we had no idea it would receive so much praise and that others would be so eager to get their hands on a set of their own.  It’s because of this success that we decided to venture into the market of providing custom graphics and decals for bikes.

After multiple reports from customers, I’ve discovered that the factory finishing process on the Scout engines varies more than anticipated. While the black-coated surface is consistently present, the bare metal accents are manually ground down at the factory, and the level of grinding differs significantly from bike to bike. This results in variations in width, length, and positioning that I hadn’t encountered in other motorcycle models using the same accent kit design.
When I originally created the template, I used an in-shop Scout engine as the reference, but because of the inconsistent factory finishing, some customers are experiencing partial exposure of the bare metal accents beyond the kit’s coverage area. Additionally, the left-side horizontal accents on many Scouts are shorter than the right side by approximately 12-14mm, which required a unique two-piece installation approach. While that adjustment worked in many cases, the additional issue of varying grinding depths has made it impossible to ensure a consistent, proper fit for all bikes.
Because of this, I’ve made the difficult decision to discontinue this product for the Scout lineup to avoid further frustration. Some customers get a perfect fit. Others may find that some of the bare metal is still visible.

'Bronze' is not a metallic finish. This is a printed DTF material as described below.

You can run your bike to get the engine warm, but not hot, or use a hair dryer/heat gun. Installing these in winter months will be more difficult. Use scissors to separate each individual piece from the sheet. A pair of tweezers can be helpful to hold the accents in proper placement during installation. Once in place, use a firm object to press/rub over the full surface before peeling off the top transfer layer. Go slow while peeling the transfer layer. If the accent peels up without separating from the transfer, place it back down and press it more firmly into place.

Oops Description: An error in the file we sent to our manufacturer produced some oversized, extra large versions of these decals.  They will NOT fit on the Challenger tank but they would make some fantastic garage decorations.  Or, you could put them on your car or truck!

The Aztec Jaguar God of the Underworld is here on our Azteca Challenger fuel tank decals!  A unique Native Mesoamerican custom look for your bike starts with these left and right side Aztec/Mayan themed beauties.

They are not your everyday "sticker".  These decals are printed on a hi-tack vinyl and laminated with a 12-mil glossy PVC laminate or a sandy matte texture.  It is weather proof, temperature and UV resistant, and will maintain its quality for years.

What is included:  Matching set of left and right facing decals. Application suitable for Motorcycles, cars, trucks, windows, tables and more.

These decals were designed to cover the original headdress on Indian Motorcycles but can be used by any brand or model of bike.

These decals are designed for all brands/models of motorcycles.  Check the measurements to ensure a proper fit on your bike before ordering.  If your tank already has a graphic, we can’t guarantee these decals will cover it completely.  To verify fit and coverage, check the dimensions above.

Our heavy-duty laminated weatherproof vinyl decals are hi-tac self-adhesive.  We recommend using the wet method to install these decals:  A spray bottle with water and dish soap can be used to wet the surface and the back of the decal, allowing you to slide the decal into place.  Once you have it aligned properly, use your thumbs to push the moisture out from behind the decal, working from the center outwards to the edges and it will adhere to your bike.  Using the wet method allows the decal surface to evenly distribute over the curved surface.  A hair dryer to apply heat will make the process easier since the vinyl becomes more soft and flexible when warm.

The Aztec Jaguar God of the Underworld is featured on our Azteca fuel tank decals!  They were designed to fit stylishly on the side of the Indian Scout’s fuel tank and give you a large and unique piece of art to really set your bike apart from the others. 

Size: Approximately 15 x 5 inches (NOT large enough to cover the Challenger's logo or the Scout Twenty full tank side graphic).  The size and shape of this decal is designed to fit the side of the Scout fuel tank.  It has been used on other bikes (see photos), but does not completely cover OEM warbonnet.
